We at Shedfield Lodge are blessed
to have a happy, friendly, competent and caring
team. Our team are well trained and many team members
have training above the standards laid down by the
CSCI.
We benefit from having Mr A. Geach (proprietor)
on site during the week to take a hands on approach
to the smooth running of Shedfield.
Our highly trained Manager, Kirsty Pearce is also
available all week ably supported by a Deputy Manager
with a rota system being employed to cover weekends.
J. Jeffery, Deputy Manager, is currently undertaking
the NVQ Level 4 training course required for care
home managers, another example of our commitment
to over training.
The care structure continues with
an assistant Deputy Manager and two senior carers ensuring a happy home. We have
ample staff to ensure a high level of care, all
of which have regular access to various training
courses throughout each year. The training ensures
our friendly staff are well equipped to provide
excellent care services for the elderly.
We pride ourselves on the atmosphere
at Shedfield. We like the fact that visitors and
residents alike comment on the family home feeling
