Our Team

We at Shedfield Lodge are blessed to have a happy, friendly, competent and caring team. Our team are well trained and many team members have training above the standards laid down by the CQC. We benefit from having Mr A. Geach (proprietor) on site during the week to take a hands on approach to the smooth running of Shedfield.

At present we have an Acting Manager, Miss Jackie Jeffery with the Proprietor, Mrs. Carole Geach in support. Both are very experienced members of staff and undertaking their NVQ level 4 in Care Management. They have both been recently praised by the CQC Inspector for improvements made during the last year by working together as a team. Mrs. Carole Geach will be registering this year 2009 for the position of Manager and Person in Control.

The care structure continues with 3 Senior Care staff who support the Management and Care Assistants ensuring a happy home. We have ample staff to ensure a high level of care, all of which have regular access to various training courses throughout each year. The training ensures our friendly staff are well equipped to provide excellent care services for the elderly.
