Shedfield Lodge is a family run business owned by
Andrew and Carole Geach. The Geach name has
been in the care home industry for over 20 years
with son Andrew taking over Shedfield Lodge 6 years
ago.
Andrew Geach has 9 years experience as a Police
Officer and 8 years experience as a Paramedic in
The Royal Navy. Andrew and Carole have four children
between them with the eldest two also working at Shedfield
Lodge.
Carole is NVQ Level 2 trained in care and spends
most of her time in the home organising activities
and staffing. She is also studying for her NVQ Level 4 at present.
Shedfield Lodge prides itself on good family cooking
and a family atmosphere. All our residents are
part of the family and are treated as such by all
our staff.
We are always open to constructive criticism and
continually strive to make Shedfield Lodge even
better. Andrew has an office at Shedfield Lodge
and is at hand most of the working week. He finds
he can keep his finger on the pulse and mix with
all the residents on a daily basis.
